Our space is available for private parties, meetings, small intimate gatherings and more. Ideal for those looking to host a small group, film content (with your own equipment), or just practice choreography! Rates are hourly and subject to $25 cleaning fee.  Rental Agreement will be sent after booking.  *View the Fine Print Here*

Fine Print

RENTAL FEE DETAILS

  • Rental rate is $100 per hour, ($50/hr for treatment room ONLY)

  • 50% is due if booking more than 15-days in advance to secure date (including $100 non-refundable deposit)

  • Balance is due 15-days prior to rental 

  • Dates are not guaranteed until deposit is paid

  • Rental time begins promptly at the time you enter the studio and ends when you leave the studio

  • Setup time and clean up time should be included in rental request

  • No refunds are provided once deposit and / or rental fee is paid

  • Renter must provide proof of liability insurance

  • Renters are responsible for cleaning the studio space(s) / items(s) being used in their entirety, emptying trash bins (especially if food was consumed), vacuuming and mopping floors, if needed, and leaving the space how they found it

  • Full studio credit for future rental will be provided if booking is cancelled & rescheduled at least 7-days in advance

  • Basic yoga mats, cubbies, access to bathroom, lobby, and use of mini fridge, are included in rental

  • Use of additional items may require additional rental fees (tables, chairs, additional fitness or AV equipment, etc.)
