Are you new to our studio or not sure what to expect?
Below are some frequently asked questions to help you prepare for visiting our studio and taking our classes!
Can I book a private class?
Yes, please do! With private one-on-one classes, one of our instructors will help guide you through the foundations of movement (yoga, weight training, injury recovery, etc.) and answer any questions you may have. We make recommendations for classes that will best support you to meet your goals as well. Click on Our Classes > Private Sessions to book.
What should I bring to class?
1) A Yoga Mat
Most of our classes (unless they are dance fitness) will have you spending some time on the floor. If you do not have a mat, we do provide mats onsite that are cleaned after each use; and we have some of our custom designed mats available for purchase in our retail space!
Stay hydrated! We do have a water filling station so if you bring a water bottle and you can fill it up as needed. Eat smart throughout the day prior to class, as we may do twists, balances, and high intense movement. We also have water available for purchase on site.
That's it! If you have other props you like to use in your movement practice, you are welcome to bring them along but it's not required.
Which of your classes is best suited for me?
Everyone can benefit from any of our weekly classes and no previous experience is necessary! Whether you are a beginner or an instructor, you are invited to become a member of the Elevate family! We have teachers of varying backgrounds that all have extensive experience, training and styles they bring into their classes along with modification options!
As with all exercise programs, we strongly advise anyone experiencing any kind of medical condition or injury to consult their doctor before beginning any movement regimine.
