Service Description

Yin yoga is a wonderfully grounding and calming practice complements mediation. Yin yoga is slow, meditative, and stretches deep connective tissue. The theories of yin yoga are based on Chinese and Taoist principles which relate the stretches directly to energy (chi) flow. The poses are held for longer periods of time offering space to turn inward to both the mind and physical sensations. This helps to create space for psycho-spiiritul inquiry through the somatic perspective in healing. There will be a flow of poses between the holding in order to keep the blood moving. Class ends with Yoga Nidra to help settle the mind and body and reset for the upcoming week.

Cancellation Policy

We understand sometimes things happen and schedules change. Our instructors value you and we value their time for preparation and transportation to the studio. No hard feelings if you cancel class 1 hour prior to class start time for any reason. Within the hour of start time, the class is non-refundable. Pass holders may incur a $10 charge.
