Service Description

With a deep focus on the Spiral Structure Technique®, HOTCORE classes feature a lineup of pre-set creative and dynamic planks + quadruped movements to facilitate deep core activation and shoulder burnout. SCULPT® builds long, lean muscle mass using a HIIT (high intensity interval training) - based formula seamlessly blended with static yoga poses to stretch. The class is comprised of 40 second sets of high intensity cardio intervals, followed by 20 second sets of static yoga poses. The class focuses on building long, lean muscle tone while kicking the body into a heightened metabolic state.

Cancellation Policy

We understand sometimes things happen and schedules change. Our instructors value you and we value their time for preparation and transportation to the studio. No hard feelings if you cancel class 1 hour prior to class start time for any reason. Within the hour of start time, the class is non-refundable. Pass holders may incur a $10 charge.
