Service Description

This class will challenge and restore you at the same time.  This yoga style blends both a Yin sequence of long-held poses to enhance the meridian and organ systems, combined with a flow or yang practice, influenced by Vinyasa!

Cancellation Policy

We understand sometimes things happen and schedules change. Our instructors value you and we value their time for preparation and transportation to the studio. No hard feelings if you cancel class 1 hour prior to class start time for any reason. Within the hour of start time, the class is non-refundable. Pass holders may incur a $10 charge.
