Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating session. One of our Experienced Motivators with meet with you personally to help outline a plan of action for you to reach your yoga goals. Whether you want to increase flexibility, gain stability and body awareness, or expand beyond the physical into mental clarity, we got you covered!

Cancellation Policy

We understand sometimes things happen and schedules change. Our instructors value you and we value their time for preparation and transportation to the studio. No hard feelings if you cancel class 1 hour prior to class start time for any reason. Within the hour of start time, the class is non-refundable. Pass holders may incur a $10 charge.
