Service Description
Low impact training - light weights, bands, resistance balls may be used to condition and strengthen muscles, mind, and breath for stamina. This class is more than a workout, it defines and brings to life the meaning of "Functional Movement" as it merges strength training with bodyweight resistance to prepare for physical activities that we do in our daily lives. We focus on improving strength, coordination, power, and range of mobility.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before class to avoid a late-cancel penalty. Cancellations after/during class or no-shows will result in a full class credit/fee deduction. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
