Service Description

Hot Vibes takes you through an intuitive Vinyasa flow with Buti® Yoga techniques like spirals, shakes, smiles, and dance in 88-90 degree rooml! This format works with anatomical principles to bring dynamic, primal, and intuitive movement to life! You will learn a focused meditative sequence that you can take at your own pace with your breath.

Cancellation Policy

We understand sometimes things happen and schedules change. Our instructors value you and we value their time for preparation and transportation to the studio. No hard feelings if you cancel class 1 hour prior to class start time for any reason. Within the hour of start time, the class is non-refundable. Pass holders may incur a $10 charge.
