Service Description
Gentle Reset is a calming, restorative stretch experience, designed to release deep tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with your breath. This slow, thoughtful practice uses long-held floor poses to target the body’s connective tissues—fascia, ligaments, and joints—inviting spaciousness, softness, and deep relaxation. In this class, you’ll ease into postures supported by props, allowing gravity to do the work while you practice stillness and mindful breathing. Each pose is held for 3–5 minutes, encouraging a gentle unwinding of physical and emotional stress. Perfect for: • Anyone seeking a soothing, meditative practice • Those experiencing tight hips, lower-back tension, or overall fatigue • Beginners and seasoned practitioners alike • A midweek or end-of-day reset Expect to leave feeling grounded, lighter, and replenished—like you’ve given both your body and mind a much-needed soft reset.

Cancellation Policy
We understand sometimes things happen and schedules change. Our instructors value you and we value their time for preparation and transportation to the studio to share their passion with you. No hard feelings or fees if you cancel class 1 hour prior to class start time for any reason. Within the hour of start time, the class is non-refundable, and will be deducted from any purchased class package or membership plan, unless notified of an emergency. Unlimited Pass holders may incur a $10 charge. **Please note there is a FIVE MINUTE grace period before the front door is locked and admission no longer permitted for ALL yoga classes (this also includes online admission via zoom link). Send us a chat message if you think you will be later than 10mins so we can expect you but absolutely no admissions beyond that time period and we must be informed beforehand. ***ALL community (SEVA) classes are now minimum $5.00 due to excessive no shows. You are more than welcome to invest more as this goes directly to our instructor. Thank you for understanding!
