Get ready to sweat and elevate your fitness game as our experienced and motivating instructors guide you through a series of intense exercises targeting every major muscle group. The class incorporates a variety of cardio and strength training intervals, ensuring a comprehensive workout that challenges your endurance, agility, and strength. The HIIT format involves alternating between short bursts of maximum effort and brief periods of rest or lower-intensity activity. This strategic approach not only accelerates calorie burn during the session but also triggers the afterburn effect, where your body continues to torch calories even after you've left the gym.

Cancellation Policy

We understand sometimes things happen and schedules change. Our instructors value you and we value their time for preparation and transportation to the studio to share their passion with you. No hard feelings or fees if you cancel class 1 hour prior to class start time for any reason. Within the hour of start time, the class is non-refundable, and will be deducted from any purchased class package or membership plan, unless notified of an emergency. Unlimited Pass holders may incur a $10 charge. **Please note there is a FIVE MINUTE grace period before the front door is locked and admission no longer permitted for ALL yoga classes (this also includes online admission via zoom link). Send us a chat message if you think you will be later than 10mins so we can expect you but absolutely no admissions beyond that time period and we must be informed beforehand. ***ALL community (SEVA) classes are now minimum $5.00 due to excessive no shows. You are more than welcome to invest more as this goes directly to our instructor. Thank you for understanding!
