Through progressive calisthenics, multi-planar movement, and intentional breath, you will build real functional strength from the inside out. Each session follows a full arc: fascial warm-up, elastic loading blocks, and a restorative cool-down that treats recovery as essential as the work itself. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before class to avoid a late-cancel penalty. Cancellations after/during class or no-shows will result in a full class credit/fee deduction. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
