Service Description
FIRED UP is unlike any stretch class you have taken before. Heat opens the fascial web, increases tissue pliability, and creates the ideal environment for both powerful movement and deep restoration. This class moves through the body's full fascial map — alternating between power-based movement sequences that challenge mobility under load and deep fascial holds that allow the tissue to truly release. It is demanding and restorative in equal measure. You will sweat. You will open. You will leave longer, lighter, and more functional. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before class to avoid a late-cancel penalty. Cancellations after/during class or no-shows will result in a full class credit/fee deduction. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
