Cancellation Policy
To ensure all clients have access to the sauna and sessions run smoothly, please review the following policies before booking. Sauna sessions may be reserved up to 48 hours in advance through our booking system. If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid penalties; cancellations made within 24 hours will be considered late cancellations. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled session without cancelling will incur a $10 no-show fee. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time in order to avoid disrupting the next scheduled booking. Sauna sessions begin and end at their scheduled times, and sessions cannot be extended if you arrive late.
