She has a passion for health and wellness that was kindled through her personal journey to live well through fitness as a chosen lifestyle. She demonstrates and shares her love both personally and professionally through training others and being the example of her teachings. Her goal is to communicate to others to live a well-balanced life, which includes having a healthy spirit, mind and body through movement.
