Tiffany Baskett
Tiffany Baskett is the owner of True Align Wholistic Life and The Founder of The Fitness Collective ATL. Tiffany Baskett, aka "The Fascia-nista" is a loving mom, International Yoga Trainer, Transformational Public Speaker and is a zealous advocate for women of color in wellness. As a dedicated yoga and anatomy educator, 500hr E-RYT Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, and life-long student, she blends the tools of functional movement, metaphysical/spiritual psychology, crystal energy healing, and deep intuitively empathetic practicality in her work. She holds several licenses and certifications as a holistic practitioner and fitness enthusiast. She is deeply passionate about applying knowledge, movement, connection and integrity. She is looking forward to more communication, more collaboration and more standard education going forward.

Stephanne Bush
Stephanne is the proud and wise owner of Bodies & Motion Wellness - a holistic functional movement studio designed to bring gentle care and mobility to the world. She uses fascia and movement techniques, as an alternative way of healing to bring movement and medicine to those that need it most. You!

Certified Zumba Instructor
Courtney Lov
Courtney is a certified B1 Zumba Instructor and has been teaching dance fitness classes since 2019. She loves high energy classes that give the entire body a workout with catchy music and fun movements. Before becoming a fitness instructor, like so many of us, Courtney struggled with depression, bulimia, body image, and anxiety. Subsequently, she lost her passion for dance. In 2014 she became a mother. While this was a joyous moment in her life, over time Courtney began to feel the effects of postpartum depression. In 2018 she vowed to herself that she would make more conscious decisions for the improvement of her mind, her health, and for the health of her children as well.
Courtney also has a Bachelor’s degree of arts in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University and has a desire to help others break free from the chains of mental trauma.

Sherita Kennedy
Sherita is a 200HR Certified Yoga Instructor and owner of ShesPrettiFit, LLC.
Her mission is to inspire, encourage and motivate individuals along their journeys to mental, emotional, spiritual and physical fitness.
Sherita is a firm believer in the power of showing up where you’re at and as you are, rooting yourself in that space, and doing the work necessary to gracefully rise.
Sherita is originally from Philadelphia, PA, studied business management at and graduated from Virginia State University, can’t live without coffee and loves the color green!

Shy Johnson
Shyreon Johnson is an Atlanta native fitness instructor who enjoys practicing yoga, dancing, and strength training. Her background in psychology from Georgia State University, and education degree from University of West GA has allowed her to seamlessly cross over into the world of fitness.
She is a NASM certified personal trainer, and nutrition specialist. Shyreon is also certified in Barre, and TRX.
Her mission is to empower women to create sustainable solutions for lasting health, happiness, and confidence.

Certified Pilates Instructor
Dana Cochran
Dana is a retired veteran that served 23 years in
the Navy and worked in the medical field for over
30 years. She was always an athlete and
made exercise a part of her daily routine. It was
after her fourth child and during her last tenure
in the Navy that she developed several ailments.
It was at that time 18 years ago, that she began
to study and learn all she could about health and
wellness and decided that she would bring others
along on her wellness journey.
Dana got her group fitness certification just 3
months before deploying to Iraq with the Marines.
She enjoys entertaining her clients with
her energetic style and quick wit to make her
classes fun and enjoyable.
Dana has continued her education to achieve her
Associate's in Exercise Science with a
concentration in personal training.

Registered Yin/Restorative Yoga Instructor
Gina Callendar
Gina Callender, 500 RYT, E-RYT 200, YACEP, has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and has been teaching since 2013. She has also completed trainings for Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation Teacher training .
Gina is always looking to learn and is constantly taking workshops to better understand and deepen her practice and share what she learns with her students. Yoga teaches us to slow down, be more conscious of our bodies and the world around us and can have huge physical and mental benefits when practice regularly. Some of these benefits include: lower blood pressure, more relaxed, greater flexibility and balance. Gina puts a heavy emphasis on the importance and benefits of Meditation, Savasana, Yin and Restorative Yoga as a way to relax the parasympathetic nervous system.

Judiette "Judi" Rodgers
Judi Rodgers is a certified fitness coach of 22 years’ experience. She has a passion for health and wellness that was kindled through her personal journey to live well through fitness as a chosen lifestyle. She demonstrates and shares her love both personally and professionally through training others and being the example of her teachings. Her goal is to communicate to others to live a well-balanced life, which includes having a healthy spirit, mind and body through movement.
Judi specializes and shares her enthusiasm through Pilates and fundamental, Functional fitness and Resistance training, Mat and Cardio Pilates * Circuit Training* Yoga* Piloxing* Pound and Flexibility Fitness.
Her platforms are designed for each individual to personally achieve their F.I.I.T: Fitness Inspired Intentional Transformation.

Derniere (DEE) Marshall
Mrs. Dee's yoga practice began in 1978 with her first prenatal yoga class 42 years ago. She continued for the physical & mental benefits to offset the stress, postural imbalances and injuries common to Dental professionals. In 1999 she became a Certified Hypnotist and facilitated meditation workshops for medical & dental study groups in MA.
She received her 200HR RYT in 2004 and for 10 years until she retired at 68, she taught meditation & yoga to staff, patients and the community. In 2009 she became certified in Adaptive Chair Yoga to offer the benefits of yoga & meditation to seniors and others with limited mobility.
She is certified in Yoga for Pelvic Health, trained in Yin, Restorative & Vinyasa Yoga and in 2009-2010 trained extensively in Anatomy Trains and Structural Integration with Eli Thompson. Her intention is to create a safe, playful, inclusive space where each student can mindfully explore their potential regardless of age, weight, color or ability.
