"High Intensity-Low Impact Training" - light weights, bands, resistance balls may be used to condition and strengthen muscles, mind, and breath for stamina. This class is more than a workout, it defines and brings to life the meaning of "Functional Movement" as it MERGES strength training with bodyweight resistance to prepare for physical activities that we do in our daily lives. We focus on improving strength, coordination, power, and range of mobility.
We understand sometimes things happen and schedules change. Our instructors value you and we value their time for preparation and transportation to the studio. No hard feelings if you cancel class 1 hour prior to class start time for any reason. Within the hour of start time, the class is non-refundable. Pass holders may incur a $10 charge.
